‘Pssst’, slap another sausage on to the disposable barbecue, feel the sand between your toes, watch the deep blue sea gently lap onto the shore and grab another cold beer out of the cooler. Then start nodding your head gently to the hypnotic beat – well that is what I’m doing. A perfect summer’s day – next is ‘Euphoria’ ( I can’t be bothered to write any more, I’m having toooooo much fun) grab a beer and join me.

This is what Kevin Dixon said:

I have been creating electronic music for over 20 years. I started making music on the AtariST and AmigaA500 using programs lke Cubase, MED, SoundTracker and Music-X. Then I got my first PC and started using Cakewalk. I started using Propellerheads Reason and recently have started using CubaseSX3 to create house and electronic tracks.
I attended a course in HND Professional Sound Engineering in 1997 which helped me to understand how mixers worked and general principles of producing music in the studio.

I have had success with a couple of my tracks so far. “The Wish” made it to number 1 in the charts on www.imgifted.co.uk and recently one of my tunes “Pssst” on YouTube has had 73,597+ views

Kitlist: Reason 4.0, CubaseSX3

Influences: Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Air, Morcheeba, Daft Punk

About peter

'Death by Sushi' Fish can kill me. When I was very small (maybe 3 or 4 years old) my grandfather, who lost the sight of one eye from a bullet fired by a German sniper (fortunately not a very good one) during the Battle of the Somme in World War 1, wiped my face with the corner of his apron, an apron he had used to wipe his filleting knife on. He was a grocery shopkeeper who specialized in wet fish.
