Mike Cliffe – Review

“The music I do now is all original, at least in the respect that they aren’t cover tunes. They are all ideas that I’d like to see become complete songs and are highly influenced by what I like to listen to both past and present.” – Read more of Interview

You can’t beat guitars and drums (beats). There is something about guitarists, from Jean “Django” Reinhardt to Jimmy Page, they can make sounds that can either relax you or make you want to punch somebody in the face. I love the track ‘Too Late’ it is…. The music from Mr Cliffe is varied and crosses the usual difined barriers that we are all corralled behind or are told we belong to or like. Think versitile guitarists and then you are on the right track here. Besides…the geek in me admires anybody who has used Linux to record music .

About peter

'Death by Sushi' Fish can kill me. When I was very small (maybe 3 or 4 years old) my grandfather, who lost the sight of one eye from a bullet fired by a German sniper (fortunately not a very good one) during the Battle of the Somme in World War 1, wiped my face with the corner of his apron, an apron he had used to wipe his filleting knife on. He was a grocery shopkeeper who specialized in wet fish.
