Connie – ‘Fly Away’

The sun is burning down  and the beach is full of people – the light reflecting off the polished cars like spears stabbing your eyes – it is a good day to listen to ‘Fly Away’.

Connie was born and raised in Botswana Africa but her parents are from Mauritius. Connie hopes that one day her dreams will come true by making it big in the music industry.

‘Fly Away’ contains a message and sentiment we probably all sometimes feel we need to do – just get to a batter place.

She is a singer songwriter and says, “It’s not easy to get signed but hopes and prays that her mum watching over her from heaven will guide and help her get to where she wants to be”

About peter

'Death by Sushi' Fish can kill me. When I was very small (maybe 3 or 4 years old) my grandfather, who lost the sight of one eye from a bullet fired by a German sniper (fortunately not a very good one) during the Battle of the Somme in World War 1, wiped my face with the corner of his apron, an apron he had used to wipe his filleting knife on. He was a grocery shopkeeper who specialized in wet fish.
